either spurs or chelsea will be in 4th .....
there won't be any additional slot for UCL winners since the winner will be in final 4 anyway
so if Arsenal wins Europa, then top 4 plus Arsenal will be in UCL next season
But if Chelsea wins Europa, then no additional slots from Europa winner
Only 4 places for English teams
