For Flowerhorn Club Members, all you need to do is send me a PM stating which class and how many fish in each class you want to enter for this competition. Your application will only be confirmed after the entry fee(s) have been paid by bank transfer to my bank account (DBS Autosave Acct No: 033-001188-1).
For non-club members, please print out this application form and follow the instructions given to participate in this competition:
To enable more hobbyists to participate in this competition, each participant is limited to 5 entries for each class.
