very good and detail guide... I should have see this thread before I do my 422..
the measuring part was a headache and at the end, the base aryclic were cutting by 1cm smaller.. so when put on the base it will shift due to the wave inside.. at the end I have to use another pic of small acrylic as stopper to push both pc together tight to prevent it from shifting..
but no worry, I will try your method again when I do my 522 next time..
