Not that i support those so call social enterprise but unless those hawkers who bidded the stall is ignorant of clauses in the contract their complaint is valid.

If not, they already knew the general cost beforehand. Now not making profit wanna complain... doing business there is risk as usual. They wanted to support those so call social enterprise hawker center who to blame. There are so many NEA stall that they can bid and operate instead in the first place.

Of course certain contract clause is absurd for the rental but still they signed ! what to say....
