same thing, are they new fish or kept for some time?
if old fish then:
check water and temp.
if all ok, maybe add some additive to increase their appetite.
if still not ok, maybe fish have bacteria that made them lost appetite so need medication.
if new fish then:
not used to environment, if still not ok then apply the above gagin.
