Of course you can. A well mature planted tank is an eco-system by itself. However, depending on the temperament of your lobster, be prepared for your plants to be uprooted or eaten.
As Bro GUS recommended. A planted tank with Java Moss/any type of Moss is the best breeding tank for baby lobsters/shrimps!
