Hope Ole can maintain his man-management with all the players. It is always true that when the players are happy and shows unity in the dressing room, this will be translated into the field.
Just hope he will not find excuses whenever we losses or draws and focus on the next game and the next.....no point blaming the pitch condition (always remember that the other team is also playing on the same pitch), or not "awarded " a perceived penalty or even blaming ref for not blowing his whistle for foul committed by opposition team after the opposition scored cos all these sounds like the manager we once knew (who also conveniently avoids talking about their own players who dives to win penalties)
