being in the forum for about 7 years you should know that a species profiles & resources section is not where one should post a thread looking to buy fishes.
next, perhaps before you come asking for help, try helping bros here to help you by doing some read up and research on the topic or fish that you are interested in.
having kept fronts more then a decade, i have never heard of a frontosa blue.
so try posting in the correct section and also for buy/sell related there is a section for it. even if u cant post at buy/sell, there is a cichlid spotted thread under cichlid experience.
regarding you search for small females of 4-5inches, it's not that easy, for if you have done your read up, you have have found out that for fronts at that size it is still not easy to tell the sex although it may be possible.
