Looks more like a driftwood than bogwood.
If for keeping mainly shrimps can put plants like mini riccia(must always trim this), taiwan moss or christmas moss while some narrow/needle leaf java fern will look good too with the DW. Or if you want more dramatic effect but higher maintenance plants go with flame, willow, erect moss or "us" fissiden.
Remember to stay away from anubias & crypt. as they will release oxalic acid which are harmful to shrimps(or all lifeforms in higher concentration) when the above mention plants gets cut at the leaves, stem & rhizome. Go goodle oxalic acid to find out more.
