Bro...shouldn't be the case. it is due to uncure cement (not dry enough) before you paint.
my last pond lasted 5-6 years before peeling.
my new ponds....
one of them .....3 wks peel off already!
the other one, scrap off and repaint after inspection during construction time...till now still ok.
