You can tie mini pellia scattered on a flat piece of wood. It will "leeched" on the wood and you will be surprise how fast they can cover the whole surface.

The trick is continue to feed the female even when she is dropping.

Breeder box is generally too small and cause a lot of stress to the guppy. I especially dislike the sharp edges of breeder box.

If the guppy was suffering from fin rot, it's not advisable to do it. The bacteria will attack the area and caused faster fin rot....
