i don't think ur tank of over populated, 4 ft can keep a few hundred CRS, what u can do it reduce stress is to make places were shrimp can hide, shrimp caves will do a fine job

heys bro, i notice in the first few pictures u had a rock of mini pelia, the reason why it turned brown is due to temperature i think, usually they need a chiller for mini pelia it grow :(
