Hello everyone, is this considered blue base/ shine or still too small to tell? I've seen a few blue base on forums/ facebook that show small aros having blue shine as well?

Any idea how to improve her diet? Eats very little, mixed diet, crickets and mp mostly. Not interested in frogs at all :/
