Yes it is possible to connect the two pumps to one outlet, but the return pipe size needs to be as per the Laguna spec. After the plastic pipework has been constructed you will never get 15,000 L/H....

I have only 2 Laguna pumps and around 12 Eheim, i find no difference in the noise level. IMO Laguna is on par with Eheim, if they provide a 3 year warranty period this reflects on the quality.
