now I bght some L333 and try with some sand buffer on tank bottom. see if can survive. Have some L144 for a while in this tank so think ph ok...

not really, I mix the water 50:50 after soaked...

not really, I mix the water 50:50 after soaked bag for 1/2 hr to even temp.
seems all my normal plecos also up lorry b4 when ph low.
BUT 046 thought amazon river origin, should be acidic tolerant ....

sadly I experienced this personally, less than 1...

sadly I experienced this personally, less than 1 day bought .:(
So the other end if 7.5 or above 7 able to survive, as I cannot be so accurate to put it at 6-6.5.

believe zebra plecos live in same river as altums and discus.

just curious why they cannot live in low ph as altums and wild discus since they come from same river ?

I know common plecos also...
