clown loaches are scale-less fish, very sensitive to medication.
i would not recommend melafix.

they do bite the frys. do remember one bite from adult is enough to kill the little ones.
the hobbyists have good suggestions for floating plants....

anything that fit into the mouth of goldfish, that monster will eat it.
i've experience goldfish trying to swallow pebbels...i had a hard time getting it out.

it is highly possible that goldfishes ate guppies. if it fits the goldfishes mouth, live guppies will have a tendency to be eaten by goldfishes.

if i am not wrong, first two day after birth, fries do not need to eat. too weak to eat and their egg sagg provided nutrition. giving them bbs may be a waste.
