For Red Aro, they prefer low PH.

Looks like it had hit against some hard things and torn the lip area tissue.
That could have make it refuse to eat. For it to recover faster, will be good to isolate it in a tank

Seriously..... the money you spend on the acrylic board, top up abit can make a high fence primeter to surrond the pond. Solve the problem once and for all.
