Aquaspeed 3200l/hr

I just de-comm my Aquadspeed pump cos the flow had reduced drastically after using 6mthS. Not much improvement even after cleaning.

I changed to NEU3000 as recommended by Clementi 328 aunty....

You are right that uv filter doesn't stop algae...

You are right that uv filter doesn't stop algae on glass. I have uv filter in my outdoor tank to help clear green water but still has lots of brown algae on glass. You need a big Pleco or FF to help...

I have been using the de-shell frozen ones...

I have been using the de-shell frozen ones without problem. Just that I find the frozen MPs have a soapy feel when washing them. Not sure what was added during the deshell process.

I have the same problem previously. My aro was with 5 parrots n 2 TFB. Eat very little and sometimes didn't eat at all. Whenever I throw mp or pellets, the parrots will wallop in sec leaving nothing...
