Iodine should be fine. Can add salt into the water too. The wounds don't look very bad. As long as they don't get infected, it should recover pretty fast.

Fungal infection? For fungal infection, usually basking them under the sun for ~30 minutes daily will help. Otherwise, a pic of the condition will be good to determine what it is...

For fungal infection, you should bask the turtle for ~30 minutes 2-3 times a day.

You can apply yellow powder and leave it out of water for around 15 minutes before releasing it back into the tank.
