Id of pleco

Better treat your fish asap. Either PH burn or bacteria infection on the face area and the fins.

The red fin have been there since I bring it back 2 years and is still there. I try medication but no effect at all. Any recommendation of that? Many thanks.

It looks to me a PH burn, but since you said already 2 years on and it could be a birth mark? I am in doubt...

any full view shot? with mouth picture?

is there any other parts that are red?

A photo of it's mouth picture would help it's ID.

On to the red fins, if it doesn't spread to other parts/fishes, I'd leave it as it is.

doubt it is, as TS pleco lacks the bump on the head and its "armor" seems to be of a diff type :o
