What food is best?

I am reasonably new to goldfish and was wondering what is the best food for growing and what is best for conditioning for breeding?

Bro,depend wat type of gf u keeping..most bros here feed hikar, japan ranchu lord and FBW for their ranchu..Happy GF Keeping!:)

Try Hikari, JRL and Spirulina is good

How abt nogi food?;)

i used hikari lionhead work well for me.

So far oranda's, but am getting some ranchu and ryukin.

Had my first spawn a few days ago and they are hatching now :D

I have been told GF breed more frequently when fed bloodworms?

Nogi good is the best so far. My tvr like it so muchi. very ex le:D

All the above reccomendations are excellent. Just to add on the other side of ths scale, the cheap gf pellets are 70c per packet (nt in bottle). But, I guess if you want them to grow fast and breed, better buy the more ex. food.

i think BW or egg white is better for growth and out of all water changing is still the best!
