Anchor worms on Aro

Am having anchor worms problem on my Red for the past 1 month+, done the filter cleaning n salt treatment, tried Aqumedi Paracide-F and just recently Waterlife Parazin... still can't get rid of them! Any bros with Dimilin to sell? Or any contacts for Dimilin for sale? So far all the shops I've tried don't sell it...

"Closantel" can be acquired from Vets (Pet clinics) ... suggest to be cautious and under-dose
