You can try to feed a bit of FBW and see whether the pair feed on it. Important is to keep water clean. Leave a small light on over the night. If you have meth. blue, add to prevent fungus on the eggs. It will take 2-3 days. Maybe expert can advise further.:) |
Hi, the eggs all turned white..sianz ..dunno izzit my discus r lesbians or nt:confused:

Bro you can try again, it could be the male is not mature yet, I also try
my pair for few times before is successful, Thanks. |
hey may i ask, the eggs should turn wad colour to know that it is fertilised? white means?

1. male is too young. i had a pair that took a year to succeed in breeding. 2. 2 les. one bro mentioned checking which fish laid the eggs, that's one way. 2nd is to see the sexual tubes that protrude out near where waste comes out from. females have a rectangle shape, males have a sharp point end. this is much tougher. hope that helps |
Besides what other bros mentioned. If confirm is a pair. Check for your tank setup. Try to use sponge filter for breeding. The tiles don't set next to filternation with strong current.
Hope it helps. |
