Very gruesome pic. The attacker must have been very relentless to have torn the fins to this stage.

What tank mates you have other than the tiger and ebh? Happen overnight?

Most probable culprit should be the tiger as it seems this xb is too small to comm with it. Also EBH has tendency to nib on tails or fins inflicting more damage to the wounds...
