Blue base/ shine?

Hello everyone, is this considered blue base/ shine or still too small to tell? I've seen a few blue base on forums/ facebook that show small aros having blue shine as well?

Nice Catch. Surely there are some blue base shine, however, it's still early to tell depending on the future development.

maybe this is a WTT baby fish.
But I do agree that some of the common traits of a young golden arowana is not seen on this piece.
