nice! usually the sand in front people do higher so that the different layers not so distinct. Also not sure if your nanas are buried in the sand... the rhizomes supposed to be exposed.

Nice work! I would like to see more plants though since it's still quite bare.
Interesting concept on the separation in the foreground. Any plans to scape that portion too? |

I'll attaches the nanas to a ceremic rings and plant it in the soil. It's not advisable? But been there for ahwile already and i see new sprouts... |

For the wood I wont be adding more plants like mosses etc as I liked the distintive looks of it(looks like a tree trunk cum root), dont wish to cover it up by mosses, perhaps at the back of the wood I'll add in some tall red stem plants which do not require co2 to make it look really wild. or maybe at the very top of the wood I'll be planting some spiky moss, so It can look like a tree, still toying with the idea ... any suggestion? For the fore ground I'm not going to scape it, prefer it bare. used to have 2 pvc clear pipes in there for the cory to play, but seems really out of scape thus removed it. |
I like the glass partition that separates the diff colour sand, makes it very neat! Did you custom
Make it for your tank? |

Yes bro, went to glass cutter to custom make the size and then just bought the suction cup holders off the normal LFS. What you can do is ask the glass cutter to also help u silicon it, it will look even neater, as I did not want it to be permanent thus I decided to use the suction cup holders. Doing the job just fine, but just a little unsightly...:o |
