Great working condition but take note of the following conditions:-

1) There are visible scratches on the exterior of the screen. Does not affect viewing but not for fussy people
2) Does not come with a stand. Must be wall mounted (Please buy your own wall mount)
3) Comes with remote control
4) Self collect at my convenience at McNair Road
5) No warranty

Sure. Do you want to help with transporting the tv there, buying a wall mount and installing it for them? I don't have those resources.
