Haha, probably an understatement. We need an overhaul instead.
All those hypes when we beat Spurs and City just went down the gutters and OGS "optimism" that we have most of the players we needed to rebuild now seems a long long way if we showed such inconsistency in form.
Also he does not seems to have the guts to change when in the first half, we were simply abysmal. And when he does make the changes. many would have questioned his choice of players to be taken out.
If we had lost, but the team showed spirit and guts to fight, I believe supporters would have applauded the lads for trying. But certainly today was not the day

When we listened to Ole's post match interview, he just reaffirmed that he was simply not up to the task. If he knew during the first half, all players were lack-lustre, why no changes to formation or players??
Why only start to panic when we were 2-0 down?
He is simply not ruthless enough to bench DDG who had been on the decline for almost 1 year.
We also see why Man City did not pursue Mcguire. He is simply an average defender at best since he has been here (maybe one or two good performances). And whom now is the captain.
This defeat to Watford should be an eye opener for Ole to stop being a Mr. Nice plus Woody to actually be serious that we need fresh players to beef up this team.
If you want to rebuild, start using more youngsters. Yes we will lose games, but in the long haul, we are truly in the process of rebuilding. It is really time to stop playing Lingard in starting eleven. Luke Shaw is now out of his depth.
VL had lately been very careless and reckless.
The list goes on.........

It is not as simple as that i feel. Players are overpaid. How are you going to motivate them? Remember Mourinho once said that if the players need him to motivate them then there is something very wrong with the players. It is the culture now

OR...

From internet: While not every win – or defeat – can be boiled down to managerial input, this was a direct result of Frank Lampard’s coaching. Chelsea identified an opportunity, worked on a new shape and plan and executed it to absolute perfection.

This is what is glaringly missing from man utd these few years. Either the players were not told or the players are not doing what they were told. I lean towards the latter

Need the players to have consistency. It is the same manager and team that drew with Liverpool, beaten Man City and Spurs.

After 18 games.
We have the 5 best games namely against Arsenal, Spurs, L'Pool, Chelsea and Man. C.

The rest of the 13 games against the other teams - mediocre to poor.

Manchester United XI: de Gea, Wan Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw, McTominay, Andreas Pereira, Fred, Greenwood, Rashford, Martial.

Subs: Jones, Pogba, Mata, Lingard, Young, James, Romero
