But we are glad we still have games left to play for this season.

The Sancho deal is apparently dead as BD again refused to accept the offer.

Our recruitment team must be the worst amongst the Premier league teams.

Most admired recruitment team must be City and Chelsea who have started their recruitment of new players without so much fuss.

Have to totally agreed with you that our recruitment team is the worst in the PL. We will try and try to lowball the selling team. And slowly try to work it up and finally agreeing to pay the original asking price. Examples recently are Mcguire and BF. Takes us forever to bargain but finally looked like a fool to pay for seller's original price in the end

Best part is we always seems to buy high and sell low or even free transfer.

Admire Barca and RM, get youngsters from Brazil and other South american countries on quite cheap, and slapped a release fee close to $500mil.

I thought it's going to be one of those nights when nothing goes in.
Luckily we manage to edge it in the end

Sancho deal is a joke. 100 millions pound is too much in this critical period. I bet with 100millions we can get 2 or even 3 good players.

Exactly. We all want good players but 100M pounds is crazy with revenue uncertain. Surely, fans dun want to see the club overspend and go broke.
What I think we need is someone who can supplement Fernandes. When he is not playing, we look like a second class team.

Chelsea, Man City are signing players at 40-50M, which is still fine.
Overspending on one player i think we should have learn from the Sanchez deal

Rashford looks jaded, he needs competition to keep him sharp.
Surprisingly Mata did very well for his short cameo against a tired opposition. Is he our ans to Fernandes’s backup ?

Our next opponent will be Sevilla who beat Wolves 1-0

I think like what one of the website said, Man Utd always managed to suck the joy out of signing a player for the fans who always wait and wait and wait.

Dilly Dally for 1 month, then get the players on the last day of transfer.
At best we get a Bruno, at worst we may get a Fellani.

Got to be more prudent during such time.
100mil on one player is not a good deal when we need several new players to contribute as a team.
Our bench is too weak and BF will suffer a burnt out soon as we rely too much on him.
Not fair to him too.

Still no news of any imminent signings.
The other player linked to us, Davids of Canada joined Lille
