Hi everyone,
this is my first post.
I've been keeping this line for bout 3-4 years alr.
Been inbreeding ( & selective breeding ) all the way.
I notice that the dorsal seems to be 'thinning'.
May i sought your advice on how i can improve the line too.
Thanks for your kind attention. :)

Is time for u to cross breeding.

Luke,

I feel your photography is quite good, keeping in mind that black is the most difficult to take from my personal experience. By the way what camera and lens are you using ?

Your line of Moscow Black has the following strength :
1) Black covers the whole body
2) Delta tail is straight

Dorsal is thin and will be difficult to improve. I would suggest you to cross breed.

This male is also relatively thin, you might want to look at your food. Recently I learn to feed them more (especially when growing up), it will have a stronger body.

Cheers

Chiu

yup if u want gd dorsals have to cross with big dorsal female. if u use an outsider male. u may lose all the current traits ur guppy own.

To 5050: Hi Uncle Chiu, am using Nikon D7000, and 18-105mm lens (not sure if there's a name for the lens). Yeah, notice that most of my fishes are rather thin too. I think it's cause schooling had been occupying much of my time. Thats why, the pitiful size of my fishes :/ . Thanks for the advice, will try to outcross, need to source for a suitable line first. (;

To Ircknight, spottyfish and Sid: Thanks for the advice, am trying to find a line that fits what i'm looking for, and as 'foreign' (in terms of fishes not from the same parents etc.) as possible from the line i'm currently having. (;
