Thank you for all your compliment!

Btw, for water change, can I fill with direct tap water (about 10% wc after introducing anti-chloride & chlorine solution)?

currently housing this fella in a 4x2x2 tank, will move to a bigger tank in 9-12 months time when I relocate. It should be around 14-15" if I am not mistaken (never been good in measurement)..

Bro very good choice of selection. Very nice pc of red aro u gotten urself. Shd not be a problem direct from tap coz I am doing tt. Remember to use a reliable AC and flow of water shd not be too fast

Hey guys,

Need some help here with my water condition.

I measure pH with a test kit by Waterlife and was given a reading of pH 8, however, when I used Tetra 6 in 1, the reading indicates pH6.4, I am kind of confused... Which reading should I take or rely on?

Additional information, I introduced a FF as tankmate and both my aro and FF are doing fine, i.e. swimming and eating normally.

i think the 6 in 1 is not very accurate.

Buy a meter n calibrate with a meter fluid these r much more reliable. Use any bottled mineral water to double confirm, they usually gave u 6.5 - 6.8 readings.
