The string like substance is white in colour, the fish not eating for around 2 days already but before that eats bloodworm like a pig and when try to breed fails, and all the eggs burst out after seperate it from the male, tq in advance, is it going to die? I got 4 fish from comm tank including this one 2 already dead 1 already spawned and eggs have hatched

I suspect is internal parasite. I suggest u quarantine this fish, lower water (until the fish just have to lift up head to breath), put salt put ktp and put in dark corner..

Not a pro. Just my 2 cents. Hope it helps..

In future, rmb to quarantine sick fish from comm tank to prevent disease play basketball. Good luck!

The fish have already started eatig again after the white line ended with poop around 10 cm long, now normal poop

That happens to one of the femalei bought. . Then the next day she's gone..

This female still alive, eating happily and still have white string hanging, probably just digestive system
