You can save you investment on the Phos reactor,skimmer,wool and Denitrator.
You can further save on the energy use by the above equipments by using LED algae scrubber

After completing the nano LED lighting decide to do something the home can use and also help to reduce the electrical bill
I build this 4 ft LED light strip.
