how odd is the swimming posture? is it still eating well?

floating sideways? might be due to swim bladder problem.

How odd is the swimming?
Whats your tank setup? Water condition?
How much feeding per day?

Where and when you bought the fish?
How long you kept it?

The fish is on upside down position... most of the time stay at that position. Occasionally, it will swim back to normal.
As bro betta say, it could be bladder problem. How to cure it?

there's a thread/discussion regarding the issue.

Cause & Cure Of SBP.

Sad to say, there is no 100% cure on SBP.
Green pea and Epsom Salt only works if the SBP is caused by constipation.
They will act as a laxative to force out all those poo.
If SBP is caused by internal bacteria, you may want to try some anti-bacteria medication, but note that may or may not work.
And if it's caused by genetic defect, this one no need to say anything.

Floating type sbp got 50% chance but unfortunately if it's the sinking, laying at bottom type, very slime chance or no chance at all of recovery.
Which type is yours? You can try to move fish to a small QT tank and add Prazi first then treat with internal bacterial medicine like Interpet #9. Maintain good water (100% w/c daily) and no feeding except 1/2 a pea daily. Good luck.

Like most of the Sifus here shared - Q/T, medication etc

My humble suggestion is to discontiue feeding so that the fish can slowly digest out, an airstone for better aeration, clean water and lastly avoid stressing out the fish while recuperating.
