My 180liter!
Recently i re-scaped my 180l tank into something close to what i've always wanted, an amazon biotope. ( this is not an biotope sadly )
http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/h...1/P1050323.jpg Do give me your inputs as to how i can improve the tank! I am thinking to get a school of Serpae Tetras for this tank! what do you guys think! Thanks in advance! |
add in some piranhas
|
haha piranhas? is it legal here?
Just took some photos with Serpae Tetras! http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/h...1/P1050325.jpg http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/h...1/P1050334.jpg http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/h...1/P1050353.jpg http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/h...1/P1050345.jpg honestly, they look like little piranhas http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/h...1/P1050343.jpg Follow the leader! http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/h...1/P1050337.jpg One of the corydora |
White angelfishes!!! :D
Any snails? :) |
haha angels are too big and expensive for my liking :/
yep, loads of ramshorn ,MTS, and other snails that i couldn't ID to keep the loaches in there happy :D |
simple and neat. Bet your tetras are loving the 'nature feel' :)
|
Consider black phantom tetras as well. When grown and in adulthood, they look awesome when they begin flaring at each other. Mini can't-grow-big versions of the Emperor Blue Hook. :D
|
Personally i'd fill the tank with Exodon Paradoxus aka Bucktooth Tetras. It'd be real awesome to see them in a feeding frenzy. But i suppose you're going for the more soothing feel aye?

not really soothing feel, just something more natural :D cause i have a planted tank already. |
Oh no, Bucktooths are not your average Tetra. They're like mini Piranhas and they'll tear stuff apart man!
