‪Tahith Chong has decided not to renew his contract at United. Juventus are moving 'seriously' for the player. [Calcio Mercato] ‬

Let's just hope that after one or two years, we are NOT clamouring to resign him like the Pogba situation, or even Zaha (which we tried).

lenghan 13-11-2019 09:57 AM

Yet another injured player to the sick bay.
This time it is SM who could be out for 4 weeks.

The squad is absolutely stretched to the maximum as we have a very "thin" squad. Current players are not given the grace to "rest" as Ole has no choice but to field them as there is simply no "suitable" sub on the bench. With the intensity of how the Premier league games are played, injuries are inevitable.
With the amount of injured players, it is therefore no surprise we are struggling, week in, week out.
Really time to "restock" in Jan, otherwise we could be fighting to stay in the premier league cos with the current situation in the league, one defeat and we can go down to 4th or 15th position. What if subsequent defeats????
Dread to think of this situation.

We can ignore the 4th position and go for the europa cup which will guarantee us a place in CL

Martial played a very important game, he is the holding striker for the goals if you see properly. He did not try to shoot when not in good position but to pass it to a player in a better position then him

To many fans, his body language really betrays him. There is no doubt he is technically more gifted than MR, but he does appear "lazy", and looks grumpy.
and is more prone to injuries. Maybe that is why we always see him pulls out of any one-to-one challenges even if he does seems to be in a more advantageous position for fear of injuries.

Yup.
Hope to see MR and AM will play regularly and have a good chemistry with each other, just like our lengendary dynamic duo, A.Cole and DYorke

loveikan 13-11-2019 02:21 PM

We definitely can play better with our 1st eleven playing.

New recruits brought must improve our game.

Want to see the following 1st eleven.

F orward
MR. AM. Greenwood

Midfield
James. McTominay. Pogba

Defence
William / Shaw Maquire Tuanzebe Bisaka

DDG

If Fred is playing as he seems to combine well with McTominay then take out Greenwood and to push Pogba into a more advance central position.

moscowblue 13-11-2019 05:40 PM

Actually my preferred team will be 4-2-1-3

DDG
WB, HM, AT, Shaw/William

SC, Fred/Garner

Pogba

James, AM, MR

Looks like OGS is shortlisting his fellow countryman, Hatland, a young profilic goal scorer.
The only thing that would hold Hatland back is his father who had infamous rivalry with Roy Keane. Hatland Snr injured Keane that put Keane out for almost a year. And when they met again, Keane went for the kill and with a two footed crunching tackle ended Hatland's career (of course Keane was red-carded)

Thinks The youngster played for Molde. OGS signed him when he was the manager. He was one of the youth brought into the 1st team

The Club can today announce that Mauricio Pochettino and his coaching staff Jesus Perez, Miguel D’Agostino and Antoni Jimenez have been relieved of their duties

That JM is now lined up as his successor

moscowblue 20-11-2019 10:10 AM

so we can have Pochettino?

See how many players will leave the club.

loveikan 20-11-2019 11:34 AM

Maybe got chance to see a Spurs team being led by JM early next month.

KeeHuat 20-11-2019 12:23 PM

What has Pochettino won in his 5+ years at Spurs. He should at least have won one of the cup competitions if he is to be regarded as a top manager. Pointless just having a good team but nothing to show for it. Success means winning something.

KeeHuat 20-11-2019 04:28 PM

That was fast, one sacked and another appointed so quickly

"Jose Mourinho has been appointed Tottenham manager, succeeding Mauricio Pochettino who was sacked on Tuesday. Mourinho has signed a contract until the end of the 2022-23 season"

moscowblue 20-11-2019 05:07 PM

With JM in the spurs team, I think we have a chance to sign Harry Kane leow.
JM more defensive minded and will not suit this Spurs team.

KeeHuat 20-11-2019 05:23 PM

Fellaini will sign for Spurs

lukeber 20-11-2019 06:06 PM

What a strange decision at Spurs.... haha

KeeHuat 20-11-2019 07:47 PM

I will watch the Jose vs. Levy show. Jose needs plenty of money for players but Levy is on a shoe string budget.

Jose already promised Levy no spending and rely on youth.
He just taken a swipe at United and Chelsea saying that Spurs youth are better and can step into the 1st team unlike his previous 2 teams.

He will sell some players to fund those that he desires.
Maybe will sell Kane and get Lukaku from Inter.😂

Robson 21-11-2019 10:14 PM

While at man Utd, he wanted to sign many spurs players.. now he sleeps with them.

Same same JM. Leading 3-0 he decided to make negative changes and almost cost them 3points

Yup.
Nvr change a winning team

Shadow7 25-11-2019 12:35 AM

United XI: De Gea, Jones, Maguire (c), Lindelof, Wan-Bissaka, Andreas, Fred, Williams, James, Martial, Rashford.
Subs: Grant, Tuanzebe, Young, Garner, Lingard, Mata, Greenwood.

Seems like 343

Liang_Zai 25-11-2019 01:51 AM

Thats a push no foul??and is Sheffield so strong till we need 5 defenders?

lenghan 25-11-2019 02:03 AM

We looked totally clueless, and the goal they scored showed why Jones is simply not good enough

lenghan 25-11-2019 02:15 AM

Sheffield United totally dominating the game with 7 shots (5 on target) with 5 corners.
We only managed 1 shot and 1 corner for the first 40 mins
We are fortunate to be only 1-0 down

Liang_Zai 25-11-2019 02:17 AM

Andreas is totally shit.how he manage to smoke through amd keep starting games after games ?he just dont have the quality to succeed at United and indeed he is breaking up the team rather than link it up

SabaDen92 25-11-2019 02:19 AM

Midfield screwed ... both cannot make it

Shadow7 25-11-2019 02:20 AM

We are being overrun in midfield and OGS has to change the shape and take out Williams who is redundant and Jones who is a liability

KeeHuat 25-11-2019 02:29 AM

Jones is rubbish, why is he even playing

lenghan 25-11-2019 02:32 AM

But honestly looking at the bench....OMG, who do we really have????
That is how "thin" our squad has become.
But we must give full credit to Sheffield United, they are just too good for our present squad of players

Rightly Jones OUT, Lingard IN (just don't know what good can this be)

Shadow7 25-11-2019 02:40 AM

Periera is a total disaster today :(:(

To beon fair side f bissaka is more adventurous rsther than back oass to andreas this also wont happen. Bisska attacking sense really very weak

lenghan 25-11-2019 02:44 AM

We certainly deserved to be 2-0 down with such play, giving ball away so cheaply by Pereira

lenghan 25-11-2019 02:54 AM

65 mins and we still have only the one shot on target since first half.
This simply tells us our forwards are totally deprived of any ball from our makeshift midfielders, nor from the two wingers
